Wife Lynn has informed me that it's our 25th anniversary and she has us booked on a cruise to the Western Caribbean and the Yucatan Peninsula.

Probably. Our info stated that if you must use your cell phone, you have to route it through the ship's comm center... at $5.00/minute!

I did note some computer cafes in Cozumel... probably some sorta Mayan sacrifice required for that.

Congratulations! I realize you won't see this until you return, but I want it to be in the queue when you return. (We just returned from a quick trip to the beach, so I just saw your post. Spouse accompanied me to a meeting.)

I know the 25th-anniversary-cruise drill well. We did one two years ago for our 25th, though we deferred the date from June until December so that we could appreciate the Equator.   It was a lot of fun. I'm sure you'll have a great time.

FWIW :-?, we'll clock 27 years on the 26th. Like the AA folks, we take it one day at a time.

I pointed out to Monte that in the past 4 to 6 weeks there have been no less than three, count 'em three, passenger overboard events on Carribean cruises.  He replied that he would lash himself to the mast for good measure.  Of course with the tropical storm Andres brewing in the G.O.M. he  might get wet also.
