Well, it's officially Christmas.  ;D  Let me take this opportunity to wish all of you Merry Christmas and hopefully a great upcoming new year.  As I always try to tell myself, "Hey, it can't get much worse!!!"  ;)

I will be allowed to open the HID H4 conversion kit for my '95 RT that the "Fat-Boy" got me and I rolled out of bed about an hour ago to fire up the new smoker that Suraklyn got me.  I have deposited an 11 pound "half ham" onto the cooking grate, have the temp stabalized at around 200 degrees, and it's pouring out smoke from the Hickory logs in the firebox!!!!  Man, it don't get much better than this!!!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Again, Merry Christmas and hopefully everybody will have a nice peaceful day.

Merry Chirstmas to all.

We will be frying an 11 pound turkey in a few hours. For those of you across the pond that's a real good meal that got its start in the south but has caught on acroos the US. It makes for a real juicy turkey because the hot oil seals the juices in. Yum!! :-X

No turkey frying for us.  Just a good 'ol Honey Baked Ham and lots of family gathered here in Atlanta.  We'll be here for a few more days then get to fight the traffic back to NC before the New Year. (Not on the bikes!! It's TOO crazy out there this time of year!!)
Hope everyone gets exactly what they want under the tree today.
