How to get e-mail notifications??

I'm subscribed to get notifications on the threads I'm a part of but I never get e-mails. Is there a way to get e-mail notifications? i can't find anything in User CP.

...i'll be back to check on this.

Email notification selection is in the Options part of your profile Control Panel .
