which ones do you use?  Brand name or rather style name?

Send us a picture of the rear of the bag frames you have. We will be able tell what ones will fit and if you can attach tabs to make the Krausers latch correctly.  The bags I have on my bike are standard BMW issue and do not have the Krauser tabs.

The BMW racks do not have the type of latch as pictured below, they latch around the frame itself. Some frames can attach the tabs and service both types of bags. Let's see yours!

This is a pic of my racks.

You can see the two chrome tabs on the rear. Those tabs are what the Krauser mounts bolt to. My bags(BMW) hooks directly over the rail between those two tabs. Try to pay no attention to the black steel strap right next to those tabs, it is brace for another function.

I think in the U.S. Bob's BMW has a good selection:

I may end up replacing my old beaters with these:

Haven't decided yet.

I sure like that last link with the BMW Krauser style and a decent price for a new bag .............................................$29 for the Roundel was a lil out of my league LOL

Yeah the ones I have now don't have the roundels, but I'm not buying any.  I bought a couple of the reflective Airheads Beemer Club stickers that look about the right size but I haven't put those on yet either.  The bags I have now are pretty ratty and flimsy, well worn.

Ed............. have you seen the new Hepco Becker krauser style bags in person? I read where the stated, "and designed slightly deeper for more capacity (37 liters)"..

I liked them just the way they were. I would not want them to look "fat".

Just saw your response to my question, sorry been busy, I will take a picture and try to load it here.  But mine don't look like those chrome ones.

Meanwhile I am also making headway on restoration of a 82 LS.  I call it two step, cause it seems like I take one step forward and two steps back.  Today it was new (used) ATE caliper rebuild.  Finding rebuild kits seems hard.  Never done calipers before, actually pretty easy to remove with air compressor.

The side picture of all the frames are going to look the same. Its the rear of the frame where you have the tabs/or not have the tabs. All the frames will fit either the Krauser or BMW style bags. It's only the latching in the rear that may be different. If you have the tabs you can mount either bag. if you have no tabs you are stuck with the BMW Bags. If you have the tabs for the Krauser style bags you still need the bayonet part that bolts to the tabs to latch the Krausers.

These are the pannier frames that came on my parts bike. They have the seat belt buckle attachment. One went missing at the powder coater's and I had to fashion a new one from a piece of scrap metal. The panniers give the old girl some wide hips but definitely come in handy.
Keep your bike in good repair: motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking.

I haven't seen them in person.  But the pictures that Marcmax just posted show wider paniers than mine.  I would like to be able to lock my helmet up in mine and I can't.
