Picked up this baby bumble bee today!  1994 R100GS (non Paris Dakkar)

The past week I've been selling off a chunk of my tools to make her mine!.  Paris Dakkar 9 gal tank, Ohlin shock, Progressive fork springs, dual plugged, Billet-6 pot front caliper and floating rotor, 400w alternator, skid plates, oil cooler, flashing headlight option, extra LED stop light, custom extended windshield and original windshield, KTM bags and Givi trunk, heated grips, two up seat and extra solo seat, tools, side stand pad extension, GPS mount, added kick start, Staintune SS exhaust, hand guards, engine guards, rear rack, aux lights, stainless steel brake lines and a bunch of other extras.  47k miles all for $4500... And she runs like a dream!!!

Bringing her back to the island

After a ride around the island

Your kick stand extension?  Is that a hockey puck?  I had to put one of those one my R100GS just to keep from falling over.  Interesting that you have the peanut valve covers.  Hope you enjoy your new ride.

Did you ever get the R65 to make steam? Or has the bike been moved to the back burner for awhile?

Thanks all!  I'm still smiling that Ghita is sitting in my driveway and I have the keys! :D

I got Bolshie started the other day and just have to do some adjustments but yea, until I get back from the vacations I have lined up, it's on the back burner.

Bolshie, Great bike!!!!   Being a desert person(SoCal)I am even more envious of your driveway. It's a scene right out of a "coffee table" book.
