In Arizona you can legally ride with a weapon in view .

After mid-July, you can carry a concealed weapon without a Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit .

I think road rage in Arizona is going to get a bit more violent .

Can't make out the county name on the police vehicle in the background, is it legible in original picture ?

I REALLY wouldn't leave my bike parked unattended on the roadside anywhere with  functioning weapon sitting on it - maybe it is just a prop - I hope!  Otherwise it is just asking to get ripped off and put to ill-use.
