Have any of you had dealing with Grass Roots BMW in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. If so what was your impressions of them? Would you buy a cycle from them?

I have not used them. But have always heard postive info on them.

I have been in the shop one time.  I would happily do business with them, again.  I bought two of the ceramic fuses from them, as my tail light kept disengaging.  ;)

They were having a open-house that day, with free BBQ!
I was in the neighborhood, geocaching while on a weekend trip to near-by Sikeston, to enjoy Lambert's Cafe with the Indy BMW club.

A nice, small, old-timey, airhead friendly shop.  I'm not sure, it may even be a Mom & Pop...

Had a break down in Tennessee in ''08 at the Return to Shiloh rally.  The guys there in the RAMS (local BMW club), including Herb at Grass Roots, couldn't have been more helpful.  I ended up sending him my starter for repair.

I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them and if I were in the market for a bike would buy one from them.  Plus, they don't look down their noses at airheads like most of the sparkly showroom dealers do these days.  So yes, a big recommendation from me. Scotty, you're not by any chance looking at that R100/7 are you?  Nice looking bike!
