I have stayed at The Iorn Horse and would recomend it too.  It is convienent to Cheohala Parkway and don't forget Tellico Plains, there is a nice motorcycle outfitter there.  Also, if you get behind someone that won't let you pass, just pull over and enjoy the scenery for awhile.
