Dear Santa,
« on: December 02, 2006, 07:21:43 PM »
For Christmas I would really like a shiny new set of T-handle metric hex wrenches, so I can work on my motorcycle better. I've been very good this year, except for sometimes when I use the wrong tools I scream & thrown things and use very bad language. I don't need anything fancy, just fly by Sears and get me some Craftsman ones, ok?

Thanks Santa.

Dear Santa,

All I want is a new "Plexi-Fairing 3" windshield from National Cycle (available from JC Whitney) so I can keep the wind off me when I'm riding to school in sub-freezing temps after Christmas.  (I know, I'm a whiner!)  ::)

My "estrogen factor" requires some safe gadgets from Santa...like protection bars for wee crashes, modulating headlight, adjustable front brake lever and IPF driving lights for F650GS....Little Red Baron wants for nothing except my unabashed love and more miles riding than last year. Although, I would like Santa to give LRB all new seals wherever they may be located and whatever else he wants to make him all new again! :-* :-*
1983 R65LS - LRB still my favourite!? 1988 Honda NX250, "Toodles Too" and a Suzuki DR650, "Calypso." All stored in the "Brrrmmm Closet".

I just discovered these folks in my "backyard", so to speak, but have no affiliation with them whatsoever.
They travel around taking photos of motorcycles at various meets around the country, and sell CDs and DVDs
of the pictures with emphasis on older bikes/classics, etc.
www.vintagefocus.com

I noticed that they have a BMW airheads-only CD, with 1400+ pictures of BMW airheads from around the country
taken over the past several years - for only $10 US if you need a stocking stuffer for an airhead lover on your list,
this might be a good thing.   I might try to get it added to my "Santa's List" myself !
