Was doing a bit of research fro another BMW forum about batteries and ran across this .

May be cost effective if you reside in the Northeastern US .

Impeccable timing Bob. I'm in the market for a new battery right now. Know of any local deals?

The only local source that I know of, is Gruber Power Services, they are just south of Deer Valley Airport .

I think there is a 5% off if you use our R65.org code, there should be a thread in the top area of this section  .

I've got this battery in all of my bikes, get 2-3 years before they succumb to the heat here .

If you do order one, when they ask you how the battery will be used, I tell them an alarm system back up power supply, they get confused if
you tell them it's for a motorcycle, they will reply, that they don't have any batteries for motorcycles !!!!  ::)
