New Tool Kit

My bike didn't come with the factory took kit so I would like to either purchase one, or put one together piece by piece.
I saw this on Bobs BMW.  Do you guys think this is sufficient?

-ratchet wrench with extension
-four metric sockets
-five Allen wrenches
-six Torx wrenches
-axle tool
-five combination open end/box end wrenches
-vise grips, crescent wrench
-multi-bit screwdriver
-tire pressure gauge
-flashlight
-wire ties
-Loctite
-WD40
-roll of electrical tape

I can obviously add to it if needed, so those suggestions are welcome also, but if this isn't a good base, what's a better option?  Are there any tools that are really a necessity that aren't included here?

For that much money I'd either spend the few more bucks to get the stock took kit ($133), or put a kit together myself for a whole lot less. I'd get a good screwdriver, pliers, crescent wrench, vice grips, channel locks, needle nose pliers, Allen wrench set, and some good quality wrenches. As a matter of fact, most of these tools could come from Harbor Freight and be plenty good enough quality, for a whole lot less than the $130 or $140 the Bob's kit will be after shipping costs.

Special tools would be a rotor remover tool, 22mm axle wrench, spark plug socket... can't think of any other special tools.
