K75C handlebars on the R65LS
« on: November 01, 2009, 09:23:24 PM »
My wrists have been complaining when I ride my R65LS, Early K100 and K75C bikes used a nice medium height narrow bar so I thought I'd try a set. I could not find a used bar, so I sucked it up and called BOBs for a new one ( 175.00) ouch!  they are about 2inches higher, they take a lot of pressure off the wrists. Here's what they look like.   http://www.flickr.com/photos/mogammar/

They look great. I always thought the problem with elevated bars would be the master cylinder hitting the fairing. But the K75 C bars must be the right shape to avoid that. Thanks for that info.

Best to all,
Paul
