Baltimore Bike Show
« on: February 09, 2008, 04:30:55 PM »
Any Mid-Atlantic folk hitting Timonium for the bike show this weekend? Im going tomarrow. I see Bobs Bmw has a big area. On the program I didnt see the Ural guy. I like to check out his sidecars etc. Theres a really large area for the classic/antique bikes I love too. Hope to see a lot of Old Beemers and Triumphs. I think Ill post some pics of the cool stuff (r65s). I cant help it if theres some pics of bikini sporting ladies too. I was gonna ride there but I hate the Baltimore beltway, and its supposed to be below 40*.
I had to sell my beemer to pay uncle sam :(

Mike D, if you get the chance, try to come down into VA to http://www.willvillebikecamp.com/ a time or 10 this Spring.
One of the Big Events is the "Running of the Urals" (as I call it, anyway): the Wild Uralians seem to prefer B.U.R.P., which so far is loosely scheduled for "July"
Ah, those wild & crazy Uralites, a "unique"but exceptional  bunch! http://www.uralrallies.com/rallies.htm

Here are some links to last year's festivities, as well as other Willvillian hi-lites:

Haul it on down here  this Spring, bro!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
