« on: October 08, 2008, 03:45:12 AM »
My headbearing seems to have gone tighter since the weather has gone colder,is this normal?steering doesn't fall each side as easily as it did when weather warmer. :-?

Although "colder" is a reletive term maybe the grease in your bearings is getting stiff?

Time to grease the bearings!!!  Cold should not make such a difference - water penetration and rust will!  Set aside an afternoon to do preventative maintenance before you have to replace them.

How easy/hard is it to grease them?

If you don't have a frame mounted fairing it's pretty easy and you can actually do it without dropping the forks, although some will argue it's easier to pull 'em off.  I've did it both ways.
