Not a bad pipe band Lou.  I couldn't begin to tell you how many parades I've marched in with my pipe band.  We used to always do the "Plano Death March" on July 4th but quit that a few years ago.  It wasn't uncommon for it to be 95 F at 10am and when you're wearing eight pounds of woolen kilt and marching for three miles or more that will wear you out fast.  Ahhh, I miss those days!  Especially the Guiness draft after the march. I love the bagpipes Lou.  Looks like they were very seriously having fun!   And a very nice day too - a bit of sun, a bit of clouds - perfect.

Rob, thanks for that other video.   ;D

Oh er, pertie village and great video! I see it must be the height of summer with all the people dressed to match. I'll be coming over sometime around November at this stage. Going to be staying with some cousins in London and also Much Wenlock down around the Welsh border. Looking forward to it. The plan right now is to go to the US visit some relatives then off to the UK, Eurasia and Morocco. (I have Long Service Leave).

Haa the film wot we made...thats the end of a 20 minute short film done for an amature festival...the scenario is the film makers are making a movie about a kidnapper when one of the cast dies..the producer persuades the crew to carry on filming using the corpse as a prop, the sound guy wont do it unless they make the cowboy film he has always dreamed of.....in the end the show the cowboy film, enter Lucky Lou the baddest cowboy in the west.Believe it or not that clip took
over 2 hours when we did a recce of the site the field hadnt been plowed, as we were filming we had a cloud burst, i could barely walk up the field due to the weight of my boots.
Lou
Heres a bit more of the parade specialy for the Norsemen among us and some cowboys as well

You guys are really big on the wild west over there, aren't you? :)

I guess no different than the Renn festivals that seem to have a large following over here.

So in that cowboy video, I take it you are the "last man standing"  (the others must have been really bad shots!), but I didn't see Lou-anything in the credits!

Ralph Kiddy
Barry Phillips
John Wise
Michael Sherwood

These seem to be the main actors?  R U 1 of them?  :D
