forum technical issue

I forgot my password and had one sent.  I was able to log in but, it won't let me change it to something of my own creation.  In fact I cant make any changes.  Any ideas?

I got that message on Friday, when I was going to try to add a picture to my profile .

Has the Forum Administrator been advised? Some photos are now gone, the "View All Smilies" has lost all but two, plus other forum member's issues. See above.
