Back to Work for Me
« on: April 23, 2008, 01:35:42 PM »
OK, long story short...   I've been kinda goofing off from work for the past week or so due to a now resolved health issue.

Good news is I've spent my down time wisely; shagging the "new" R65 down Austin way, visiting grandkids, tinkering with the scooter and spending way too much time creating "noise" on The Unofficial and Purposely Disorganized R65 Forum.

Too, I've pulled the same schtick on my favorite VW Cabriolet forum http://forums.vwvortex.com/zeroforum?id=152 for the past week+.

Not so good news is my days will begin again at 0430 hours and by 2100, I'm tucking my head under my wing. Way too much good Disorganized stuff here to even consider rolling off the throttle so I'll just have to pinch time from Honey Do's to make R65 time. Later...

I feel for ya, my work hours are 0600-1630 on Friday and Monday, and 6am-11pm on Sat and Sun.

Having three days off is great, but your work days are shot, by the time I get home on Friday and Monday, it's usually after 1800, if I don't stay late then too !

My employer has removed access to the internet at work, so I'm pretty much limited to visiting here on my 'weekend'.

I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

Lucky me... I have a break from 0900 to 1100 each day. That's when I can do my "rat killin' ".

I sit at work hoping someone will post something of interest to me!

There are times when I have to do stuff.

I feel your pain, Rob. Any other interests other than Beemers? The doctor is in...
