Hey everyone! I’m just introducing myself and saying that I am very happy to have found this site. My ride is a 1980 r65 that I have had about eight years now. I finally moved somewhere in the city that has a garage so I can work on my bike from home for the first time ever! I have some experience working on airheads as a part time job but I am very much in the beginning stages of learning the craft. With that being said I will be posting in the near future for advice and information about working on the bike from home during all of this sudden free time we all have being out of work because of quarantine. So far I have a set of new throttle cables coming in the mail from the max site as well as a center stand from eBay. Happy to be here and part of the community!
