SPOT Tracker
« on: November 10, 2009, 09:42:06 PM »
Saw a tracker thread somewhere, and got interested: Just bought a used one on eBay, complete with instruction manual-- just need to go online to get service established. For once, my wife's as excited about this acquisition as I am (unlike most of the toys I buy)... When an old guy wearing a back brace with a folding cane in his trunk likes to ride alone on a 17-year-old motorcycle, this handy little system seems to make a lot of sense!

OUCH-- good one!  Actually I guess that I am now playing the role of my own grandpa.  My Dad never got into motorcycles-- but he did have a really cool 49 Vauxhall, back in the 50's...     8-)  As for the tracker, I'm counting on it to replace the requisite "riding buddy".
