Our growing BMW family
« on: August 04, 2009, 07:26:29 AM »
Near the bottom of the R65.0rg main page is an area with Forum Statistics. As of Tuesday, 0742 CDST, we have 495 members. Wonder how many more days before we hit the big 5-0-0 ?

Pretty neat. I'm glad to be one of 'em. [smiley=bmw_smiley.gif]   Monte

Think we oughta set up a "Pick the Date" pool?  Everybody toss in their  [smiley=2cents.gif] and winner takes all.

I think it's funny how busy this site is; I mean, it's devoted to just one model of BMW (two, with the R45) but we seem to have as much to say as Boxerworks ever did.  We must be more enthusiastic.

If you take a real good look at the membership, there are I would estimate a good one third, have not made any posts, or no posts, or logons in a couple of years .

Our 'active' membership, is probably more like 100 .

There are 4 R65 of various years for sale on craigslist New Hampshire so there are 4 possible new members out there or 4 existing member leaving but still 4 possible new members. That's one of those glass half full/empty things I guess. [smiley=bmw_smiley.gif]
