When I was growing up I remember an old man around our neck-of-the-woods who rode a BMW of some sort with something mounted on the back (I remember it being made out of a tire, or part of, that was turned inside-out) where his white German Shepard rode - everywhere!.  I don't remember what the bike was (didn't know any better back then) only that it was a Beemer of some sort...

I was at a MOA National Rally way back in the '80s sometime and there was a guy there with a solid black airhead (don't remember which one exactly) with a black Harro tank bag and a black cat curled up in the tankbag.  The cat went with him everywhere.  I've seen plenty of dogs riding with their owners, but that's the only time I've ever seen a cat that liked to ride!  [smiley=beatnik.gif]
