Joe Rocket Jacket
« on: February 12, 2008, 02:38:57 PM »
I got to use my Joe Rocket mesh jacket for the first time this year.

Did my usual mundane errands on the bike today, was about 75 F. at noon.

This is of no consolation to those of you who are in the throes of winter in the northern climates.

Riding all year long since 1993 .
I'll give up my R65, when they pry my cold dead hands from the handlebars !!!!!

Yeah, we rode around Sunday in our mesh jackets.  Had to put the leather (minus liner) on going to school last night, though...

Grumble grumble... it was the warmest today that it has been for the past 4 days, reached 22F at the house and no wind !

Two days ago the temperature didn't get above 10F AND we had a steady 40+mph wind.......... Brrr.  Almost had to get another
dog to put on the bed for warmth !
