Hazard Flashers

Simple question: Did the '87 R65 come with hazard flashers ?
I have never found a switch or any connection to indicate this bike ever had one.

Motobins sells the kit very cheap
It also fits the 81 thru 84 also
It is a complete harness and it ties between the black connector
I have one on my82

I'm glad you posted this MrClubike.  I recently ordered that exact kit for my '83.  I was told that it probably wouldn't fit but they couldn't tell me what was different.  I got it anyway figuring that the parts were worth it for the price.

Did you have to change anything or was it plug and play?

I think it was basically plug and play
You need to pull one of the female terminals out of the flasher  receptacle and install the female one from the flasher harness in it place and then plug the diode into the one you removed

Separate the black connector and then plug the new black connectors between them  and mount them in the extra square hole

Hmmm, ok. I've got to take the tank off for some other additions, I'll take a look at that. The guy I communicated with thought some of the connections would be different and I couldn't tell from the fiche pictures.  They did look different but it wasn't really clear.
Thanks.
