I have dreaded tire changes for over 30 years and it seems that each new generation of tires seems a bit stiffer than the last. I had seriously contemplated taking my R1150 to a shop for this last tire change but after running across a couple of videos by the No-Mar Tirechanger folks I decided to give one of their tools a try.
I ordered one of their Mount/Demount bars, some tire lube paste, and a "yellow thing".
