The big exhaust nuts have a reputation for galling (seizing thread)
I failed to heed the warnings, and stuffed the threads on my head. I ended up buying a mod kit to repair the threads, but if you stop soon enough when things go wrong you can save things by hack-sawing the nuts off.
Otherwise it's a fairly simple straightforward job.
Also there's a lot of information on the web about whether to place the "fish-clip" rearward or forward.
Information I found was twin row chains have fish-clip plate rearward, and single row have fish-clip forward.
Some people make assumptions it's all the same.
Also use rags to block holes before removing the clip, I didn't and had to remove sump to retrieve parts.
