Hi lou
 Nice website. No doubt that a picture is as good as a thousand words. Pity I didnt know about it when I was dismantling my gearbox for the first time. I had the same problem, worn lugs on input gear and a relaxed spring. Motorworks fixed me up with used parts at a reasonable price.
Still too much frost here in Ireland for any comfort biking.
