Should technical questions about the R65 go under "Q&A, Primarily R65" or "FAQ & Procedures"?

Both seem to get used for technical questions but I've always thought the intent was that "Q&A, Primarily R65"  is where you ask technical questions and "FAQ & Procedures" is where you should document a procedure that you have carried out or look for one that someone else has already done.

Found this on Cycle Works https://www.cycleworks.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=29_54&products_id=79  this might be the trick so you can get that ring out. I don't know have you looked at Boxer2 valve web site for video's or their youtube channel, they might give you some insite.
