Cycle Works - Ed Korn and now Dan
« on: July 03, 2025, 10:34:04 AM »
I was on the Cycle Works website and ordered a steering head race puller tool for $72.  Only option to pay was paypal.  I did not recieve a confirmation email from Dan and when I call the phone number it goes straight to BUSY.  Does anybody know if he is still in business?

This winter, I think, someone asked the very same question on the Airhead mailing list.
If I recall correctly they answer was that the owner has 3 day jobs and is not responsive to phone or email calls but deliver...
I _do_ hope this is still the case otherwise it will be sorely missed.

Dan from CycleWorks just emailed me to say my tool has been shipped.

Glad this went well !
It seems Dan is not the best in communication skills !
But this is not on that point that we need him !
