It's hard to believe that it's already September. But, yep, that's what the calendar says. So, it's time to gear up for the Autumn Beemer Bash in Quincy, CA, 9/14 - 9/16, and I'll take Thursday and Monday off too. [smiley=clap.gif] Just a little under 2 weeks away now.
This is a really nice rally. Not as big as some of the others, but a great group of people show up there. It's up in the Sierra and a beautiful area. Now I just have to decide which route to take to get over the Coast Range. :-/ And I really really don't want to go by freeway. :P
The last few years it has gotten cold up there and turned cold for the ride home. So this year I am not going to wear my summer mesh jacket. I will wear my Kilamanjaro jacket and guarantee that the weather will be hot the whole time I'm gone. ::)
Any of you West Coasters going to make it there this year? Or anyone else, for that matter? I'll take my R65 t-shirt to wear around just in case. 8-)

Yeah, Melena, wear that T-shirt to "spread the word" of our little congregation to all those airheads out there! We can always use a few more "converts"! ;)
Make sure you take lots of photos, too! I love seeing the photos of the "faithful" attending the rallies! [smiley=camera_sm.jpg]
I'm hoping for cooler weather here in SC, personally. We had 11 days in August with temps over 100 degrees, and I was sweating my ever loving brains out wearing my mesh jacket! :P
I'm ready to break out my trusty old leather jacket once again, to tell you the truth!
