So are you giving one up or adding to the stable?  Nice looking ride.  Graham says, "Just swap out those handlebars for some clip-ons and head to the Parkway.  YeeHaw!"   [smiley=clap.gif]

Aida, I don't know what this is doing to the stable. My first and most important step is to get Britta back into the hands of her rightful owner, SC John. She's all beautified and running good, so it's time she went home. After that, I plan to get the "new" Guzzi right and dialed in over the winter, and then probably replace the Jackal with it in the Spring.
After that, I'll be looking for the right big road bike, to (hopefully) start the distance traveling I've been wanting to get into for years, Lord willing.

OOoooOgh RED! Thatz a nice.  I think you can put the Omega Alternator in it just like the R65 and ride year round if you want.

Gotta love those old pushrod airheads!!!!   [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Guzzi or BMW?  Oh wait, what about Triumph?  So many choices so you might as well have one of each.  You have chosen wisely my friend.  But are you really going to sell the Jackal?  Say it ain't so!

Oh Steve that is such a beautiful Guzzi!! I love it! What's the thinking about a long distance big bike and have you got some tours in mind? Alaska? Ca.? Terra del Fuego?
