Title: Major Drug Discovery
Post by: Bob_Roller on October 16, 2016, 11:56:07 PM
I walked into work on Saturday morning at 0500, there were local law enforcement, FBI, TSA ( Homeland Security )  and DEA ( Drug Enforcement Agency ), plus drug sniffing dogs !!!

During routine maintenance on one of our Boeing 737's a mechanic removed a panel in the aft cargo bin and found three duffel bags of cocaine .

Total weight, 38 kilos, about 84 pounds !!! :o :o

Street value around $4-5 million USD .

In the last 60 days, the aircraft  overnighted in the Caribbean islands, Central America and Mexico, 55 times .

Someone is paying a high price for not getting their ' product ' out of the aircraft !!!

This has not been reported to any news media, no mention of it locally or nationally .

Law enforcement thinks that this was an inside job, involving employees !!! >:( >:( >:(

Along those same lines, the folks I am now working for have a special unit that is trained to target traffickers heading north out of Florida on I95. They currently hold the record for the largest cash seizure on the east coast. Stopped a car and during the search they found $1.2 M stashed inside the spare tire, door panels, etc. Since he couldn't account for where it came from, they gave him a receipt for it and sent him on his way.

How long do you think he lasted when he got back and handed them a receipt.

14 employees were arrested in June, 2015, they were baggage handlers and were moving drugs from Houston to Oakland, Ca, just across the bay from San Francisco .

They had been doing this for 8 years before they were caught .
