Title: One for Ed Miller
Post by: Lucky_Lou on April 27, 2013, 01:32:08 PM
I am sure Ed was the member who was a big fan of "Last of the Summer Wine" anyway no need to travel to Holmfirth as someone has built a replica of "Sids Cafe" in Florida. Oh and a visit to "Nora,s" is a must.

That is funny!  It's a great copy, as I just watched that show last night.  Is Nora's house also in FL or is that the original one used in the series?

Yeah, I'm a fan.

Thats the origonal Ed its now a "museum" pay to get in.......dont think they reproduced that in Florida, my Texican friend recalled the show from his days over here in the 80,s bbut confessed that he had not seen it in ythe US of A.
His corruption continued when he got to taste the nectar produced by the Blacksheep brewery, it has an Artesian well and there have  been brewers on that site for 500 years.
