Ok Monte......This is my facebook album there are just a few photos. I took loads and my son in law has a video of our first sketch which i will put on utube as soon as he forwards it to me. We had some Americans in the audience who came up after and congratulated us on a great show...i take that as high praise indeed, the award was for the group not just the saloon but it will be on display at our next gig in August which is massive, the Western Motor Home show at great Malvern we expect close to 60,000 visitors for that one and over a hundred reenactors taking part.
I have no pictures of the saloon from this event but will make sure i post some from the next one, any R65 members are welcome to send me a friend request.

Somehow I don't think the authentic cannon were quite that shiny.
Is that stainless steel?

No its Polished Mild Steel we had a debate about whether or not to cold blue it but no one could decide whether or not that would be correct, i dare say they would not have time to keep it polished if on a campaign.
I have a Remington which is polished mild steel i use a buffing wheel after ive used it and it comes up like new every time. Im wearing it in the picture with my pillion Mo, the shotgun is a 1895 Midland Arms Damascus barrels in mint fireing condition and worth more than my bike, my licence permits me to carry live firearms at events .
