Well it's official, the 'hot season' is back here in the northern Sonoran desert of south central Arizona, got to 101 F (38C) at 1630 today .
Quite fitting, wore the Joe Rocket mesh jacket this morning to work for the first time this year .

101? :o Already?
Oh, yeah, it is the middle of May. But it's been cool up here in N. Calif. Rained yesterday, nice today (75 F ), showers tomorrow, and Saturday a cold front is coming through and it's supposed to snow down to 4,000 ft. which will sprinkle white stuff on the tops of the highest mountains around the SF Bay area.
I've been watching the forecast into next week because we are supposed to leave for the 49er Rally Thursday next week and I've seen that there are supposed to be rain showers coming through. Great! >:(
I'm trying to focus on the low pressure moving away and the high pressure pushing the clouds and rain away. If I get enough people to put their mind power together maybe we can make it so! ;D

Well Bob, I have to say that I don't envy you. I'm more of a cool weather type of guy...just as well because it's starting to get just a tad cool now!
Hey Lou.....why do banks have holidays? ::)

With the past summer you guys have had in your neck of the woods this year i can see how you love the cooler months ahead.
I also love the cooler months, just makes riding more enjoyable, without sweating to death.

With the low humidity for all but about two months of the 'hot season' here in Phoenix, the heat isn't all that terrible, you just have to know when enough heat is enough, as it will kill a lot quicker than you would think .
I lived in Chicago for 37 years, and I'll take 105 F over sub-zero F temperatures plus snow and ice any day .
