Years ago when my niece was small....I said out loud...How am I going to get a million pounds...?? (UK you understand!) With the natural wisdom of an 8 year old....she answered...get a million people to give you a pound each.......................well.........some chap did something a bit like that recently and sold a million pixels on his website for a dollar each......success!
My reason for mentioning this is that I desperately need a new R65....and have no money ( apparently some American Banks did something and Fanny somebody wouldn't pay something back to Freddy and hey I lost the thread ) Anyway...................I guess there are far less than a million parts to an R65.......but if each of you could undertake to send me just one part each............Could just work eh?

Good idea! I have several used and abused parts on my "Offerings to the gods of BMW" shelf. I'll pick something out for you.
Reminds me of the old Johnny Cash song, "I Got It One Piece At A Time"... how he stole a new car from the factory over several years time by taking one piece at a time in his lunch pail. A Cadillac engine block? That's some lunch box! ;)

I'll send you all my
junkspares if you pay the postage... ;)

I'll have to check - but I think I got some spare air in the tyre - it's all yours. ;)
And as for sending one piece at a time - I've certainly heard a number of stories abot guys from WW2 on sending home whole jeeps and bikes that way....though I think they musta had the odd friend in the air force to assist...

Good one. Ok, I have stuff for you. But you have to collect or pay postage.

Years ago I heard someone postulate that a motorcycle bit hung on a string in the garage would attract other motorcycle bits through some mystical combination of physical / psychic forces. Having no bike at the time I suspended an old chain guard I found lying around and now I literally have bins of parts and more, stuffed into any empty spot in the garage. Last weekend even more showed up! Give it a try but be cautioned. I have no idea how to make it stop!
