Muppet. ;D

I love to hear the explanation to the insurance assessor.

I was ridng my bike up a ramp into the back of a truck, when I went to put my foot down and there was no ground to put it on ....doh!

Will you pay for me to have the bike fixed?

There should be a law against stupidity.

Yeah!  What's with that?  Oh, maybe they decided to run over and help the guy out?   :-?

That guy needs more practice with slow riding.  He needs to have a place like mine that I have to get my bike into all the time.     :o

What happened is he got scared just as he was going in.  He needed to stay on the power and wimped out.

Yes, practice makes better!

It is an easy bet he has never ridden a dirt bike, either.

I always use a wide enough ramp that I can "walk" beside the bike all the way up, or else I put another plank/ramp that I can walk on next to the bike ramp.
Earlier in my life, I've ridden bikes up ramps like that, and discovered that the smooth steel floor of the truck didn't provide much braking traction.... at least I didn't fall off the bike while on the ramp, though we did slide into the front of the cargo bed rather briskly... :o

:-/I remember having to load my bike in a u haul by myself. I felt really embarassed it took me an extra 30 seconds cause I got caught off balance while some teenie boppers were watching. I dont feel so bad now.
