Title: System Restore Point.....

I used to fix nagging computer issues by doing a system restore from the maintenance programmes but I recently had my laptop repaired by those good old rip off merchants PC Globe..... (don't want to get sued) now I cannot access this program have any of our computer buffs got any advice.

Lou,

Try Start
             Run

Then copy or type in:

%SystemRoot%\system32\rstrui.exe     for win 7

or

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe  for XP

or

if that doesn't work search for rstrui.exe then right click the file and select Run as administrator
