Title: Forum Software Upgrade

I have completed a fresh install of YaBB 2.612 on our hosting server and will attempt to move and convert our forum data over to it this evening.  I have no idea how long it will take but as I'm not converting the data "in place" it will probably take a while.

During this time the forum will be placed into "Maintenance Mode" so you won't be able to make any new threads or posts.

Hopefully everything will go smoothly but since I have never done this before, and everything must be done manually, I imagine there will be a hiccup or two along the way...

Good!  If he hadn't gotten so caustic I would have given a bit more warning...  ;D
