Title: Amazon Payments for Shirts and Hats
Post by: Justin B. on June 09, 2014, 10:08:04 AM
I've requested folks to sign up for, and use, Amazon Payments when paying for the hats and shirts "group buy".  The reasons for this are several:

1.  I am approaching some account "triggers"
2.  PayPal's fees are getting out of hand - over 4%
3.  They are quite hostile toward 2 of my three favorite hobbies
4.  I don't like their politics.

Amazon Payments, so far, has had no fees and once set up is quite easy to use in sending funds to other Amazon Payments account holders.

Go to:

https://payments.amazon.com/personal?ld=EL-www.amazon.comPA

Once you open the account, link a CC or bank account to it (like PayPal), and be verified (happens quickly) you can edit your account's security settings to set the allow payment requests to YES.

Duh. I completely forgot I had this setup to pay for textbooks for my daughter at school. Just needed to update a few things.

Ready to go, just give me a total once you have it. Who do you order from. I have ordered embroidered and screen printed items from the Queensboro Shirt Co (www.queensboro.com) and been happy.
