Title: Avatar pic?

So I can't seem to change my avatar pic. I click the Browse button, my pics files in my computer come up, I click on the one I want, 58 kb jpg, it shows in the space next to the Browse button, there is no "upload " option I can see, click Save Changes, the old one is still there?

Edit: Weird, never mind, delayed reaction, but it took.
