Title: Only a suggestion

The wiki issue got me thinking about how I use the forum along the lines of which bits I rarely or never read.  Here's one thought on how the bits I do read could be made a touch more convenient.

Which ever board I go to the first task is to scroll down past the important topics section. (OK I admit I never read the important topics - hands up anyone who does). On that basis the important topics section ought to be as brief as possible. Would it be more appropriate to restrict it to administrative issues only for new users and move the technical stuff like AGM batteries to the FAQ section ?
