Hi Tom!

Welcome to the R65 forum.  A great group of folks here.

I'm not too far from you.   Well, not that close either.   ::)  I'm in Windsor,  just north of Santa Rosa.  Glad to see another Northern California rider here.    8-)

Nice looking bike you have there.  The black wheels are different.  Looks good.

I wasn't sure what to do about the wheels - they had a bad case of ugly - at this time I was up to taking the tires off and bead blasting them - I figured I would just rattle can them black & if I liked the look I would have them powder coated black - I think I like the look - I'm to busy on another project to work on the r65 right now but I think I'll go powder coat unless my Rattle can job holds up - I put a whole can on each wheel.

I have been over your way a couple of times - there is a antique car show in Santa Rosa - "Brass on the grass" - I never have owned any Brass but I have had some nice A's & T's so I enjoy this shows. Lot's of stuff from average to high end!
