Title: Yearend Mileage / Kilometerage

Well, I'm in for the evening, just checked the usage of the bikes in the last year .

'81 R65 :  1540 (miles)  2477 km

'02 R1150R : 4304 (miles)  6925 km

As usual, pretty pathetic, for being able to ride all year long !!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

4,240 miles for LRB ('83 R65LS) and 3500 miles for the Bonneville '09 SE, Winston. Not too shabby but not the banner years of the past either. Dr200 got about 800 miles on tooting around here.

Got my first ride of the year in, the commute to work this morning at 0515 .

Just got home from work, it's 81F. (27C) in the backyard at 1520, getting the Joe Rocket mesh jacket out and taking the '81 R65 for a cruise, be back in a few hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2011 I did 2250 miles riding 203 days and averaged 65.6 MPG.

It's dry and sunny here this morning but only 1.9 Deg C so I suspect they may have salted the roads overnight. That would rule out any riding for me until there's been some rain to wash it away.

Well, as for myself, I picked up "The Boss" (my '03 BMW R1200 CLC) at the end of April last year and managed to put 5238 miles on it by the end of 2011.  (I made sure I got in one last ride on New Year's Eve.)  I hope Britta (my trusty '84 R65 that I sold last year) will be able to log in a lot of miles for her new owner after she has finished her frame-up restoration!  ;)

3,893 miles on the R65.
None on the Triumph, as it's apart for a paint job that I never seem to get around to.
Less than a thousand in my pickup.  

Best of all, a hair under 2,800 on my bicycles, as I have been able to do a multi-modal bicycle/bus commute most days.  I had originally intended to ride more bicycle miles than motorcycle, but that didn't work out as the most I bicycle is about 32 miles a day, whereas when I ride the motorcycle (or drive) I go a hundred miles a day.  My employer pays for the bus pass.
