It lives. After a 19 year hibernation the LS woke up this afternoon. A bit of work was involved, however. Carbs rebuilt, but they weren't all that bad. Carb kits and floats were all that was necessary there. Tank flushed and a new petcock. After draining the tank and a good rinse out, it was amazingly clean and the interior coating was perfectly intact. Valves adjusted (intakes were a bit loose, exhausts a bit tight), air box (ahem) tidied up a bit inside. Less stuff inside of it now. Front brakes flushed, fluids changed although they all looked very fresh. Then a good cleaning. I have a few updates to do. Dyna coil, new plug wires and connectors, Brown side stand and adjustable shift linkage rod. And finally to prove to Monte that it really exists here are a few pics.

Isn't that a great feeling?
...but I can't see any pictures.

Hi Ed,
Yes it's a great feeling made even greater by the fact that I didn't have to do nearly as much work as I thought I was going to have to when I bought it.
Sorry about the pics. I boo-booed when I made the post and did another post titled "Pics (hopefully)"
