Any TX area riders planning on attending the LOP in Jefferson, TX this coming weekend?  I think Bengt and Monte went last year.

We did, along with our wives. The LOP rally is a smaller, mellow event held waterside at, well, Lake O' the Pines. Highly recommended. Saturday is 'the day" for strolling the line and seeing many vintage bikes in operation.

Burt, you'd better go. Take Patsy and turn her loose in Jefferson with all its foo-foo shops and eateries -can you say Fredericksburg? Take your R65 and a "for sale" sign. Good place to find a buyer.

We had planned a Saturday attendance again this year at LOP but have changed motorcycle plans as our Soldier son will be home on a short leave. He has been asking about a ride with his old man so Zach and I will take the R65s out for day's ride in the North Texas Hill Country of Montague County. Cowboy way; No highways, just twisties.
