Great idea, for the flashing LED brake lights .

I've got a set on the '81 R65, and had to use translucent RTV to hold the lights into the holder, and the holder to the rear plastic storage compartment .

Looks like you got the same amount of snow that we got this weekend, Steve.   Still, normally we'd both have substantially more by now, but I'm not complaining.   It was nice to be able to ride the motorbikes up through the turkey-day holiday, anyhow!

I've just bought three feet of banded 12V LEDs (expensive!) to built a lamp for the parking light above the headlight on the RS-fairing. We are obliged to have driving lights on all the time which is OK considering the dark and grey weather we're having during fall and winter, but as modern mopeds have driving lights very similar to those of the motorcycles I ride in constant fear of being mistaken for a slow moving moped (max 30 mph) when I in fact is doing 50 mph or more.

greetings from a slightly less damp north, but still grey

Nice slideshow, Steve!   [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

(Wish I were motivated enough to do those things to Britta!)  ::)
