I added a quick-reply box that will/should show up at the bottom of each thread.  You can just type in it and post instead of having to click on reply, etc...  Saves ya a keystroke.  If it confuses too many people I'll turn it off.

I just hit reply in another thread and hadn't even noticed the new box under all the posts...duh!  Habits are hard to break, huh?  But I'm using it now!  (And I noticed the nifty spellcheck button as well!)
