After several weeks I finally got the Rifle fairing mounted! Now to get used to the wind buffeting. Never had a fairing or windshield on any of my earlier bikes. :-/

Really nice looking fairing, Ed! [smiley=thumbsup.gif] Very Sleek! I've heard some very good things about that brand of fairing, too! I'll bet you'll really enjoy it! ;)

VERY nice, Ed! It looks like you figured out your photo posting question?
About the buffeting, are you already using earplugs?
I know that there is probably some physical impact on you, as well, but it is the noise I notice, most.
I am going to eBay my Tracy fairing.

You'll figure out the best way to make it work for you - I usually like to have my fairings/windshield adjusted to that either the wind goes just barely over the top of my helmet or else I want it to be directed at my chest such that my head is in a smooth, unturbulent air stream. Depending on your height, and the available height(s) of the windshields
(and your ability/desire to perform a little surgery on acrylic) I am sure that you'll get this fine tuned perfectly. I think that there are a couple of heights available for the windshields on these fairings, and sometime a slight adjustment of the brackets to alter the angle of the fairing (forward or back) will get that upper lip at just the right height.

Love the Rifle fairing! Almost makes me want to put one on the LS. Guess I need a standard model to fettle with! Great look!!
