Hi Guys
Back again. It was so long I forgot my user name AND password which is pretty normal for me.
Used to be Stork now just Ian_R.
R65 is absolutely going like a rocket lately (touch wood).
Since last on the forum:
Replaced clutch, redid wiring (again) success this time - no more gremlins and it's like a new bike.
Cleaned and painted a few bits too, but I'd rather just ride it than polish it, especially since we can ride all year here.
New tyres soon - after my other half parts with the rego and insurance money. which is like trying to get a zebra steak off a lion(ess).
Have fun
Ian

Ian, I'm an fng ("new guy") to this site, but I wondered if you had any experience plugging a leaking push rod. Seems to be spewing from the rubber seal. Any quick fixes there, or do I really have to take the head partway off and replace the seal? My buddy says that plumber's epoxy would work....
Thanks for any input--Ed out.

Hi Ritter
You need to make a new post of this question in Technical Q&A
I wouldn't be using plumber's epoxy. Maybe Permatex Type 3 sealant.
But you probably will have to remove the head or at least the rocker gear, not really sure. But Airhead will know.
So post this question under Technical Q&A with the subject: Leaking Pushrod Rubbers.

There is a quick fix that doesn't require replacing the seals unless they have fallen apart.
HI IAN,
Glad to see you made it back!!!
