I'd just like to be the first to say to my R65.org friends,
"Einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr!"
or,
"Happy New Year!" [smiley=beer.gif]

To all here at R65.org, may you have a safe year riding, pile on lots of miles and smiles. Looks like I'll have the first ride of the year of the north american members, when I leave for work at 3 am tomorrow morning.
-
Be careful out there, Bob. Still lots of party people out there on the road at 3:00am! ;)
-
Happy New Year to all of you! My wish for everyone is a year with plenty of happy riding miles for all.
It is after 8:30 here now. So it must be getting near the new year for those of you on the East coast. I might make that New Years, but I don't know about the others. ::)
I hope for everyone of you out on the town tonight to get home safely so you can enjoy another rear of riding.

It was an uneventful ride to work, no wrecks or vehicles pulled over by law enforcement ! I had to get to work earlier than usual, went on a charter flight to Boise, Idaho to pick up a plane full of Boise State University alumni for the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona .

You get to FLY, as well (on charter flights)? AND get paid? wow
-
Trust me Rob, it's not any where near as glamorous as it sounds ! They can go terribly bad in a heartbeat ( fly through a flock of Canadian geese just after take off at night!).

"Adventure is Discomfort in Retrospect"
That is, if one is lucky enough to be able to retrospect it!
